RESIDENTIAL & HOUSING
EJC are experienced in the Residential and Housing sector, the majority of contracts completed on a Lump Sum basis, some All Risk until completion.
We understand and appreciate the client's needs in this sector for a quick start on site, achieving fast track programmes, and at the same time still producing work to a high standard. Depending on the client's programme and, where the contruction, specification and details permit, we like to ensure the majority of roads, drainage, services and substructures are complete before the client proceeds with superstructures. This ensures the client has clean running surfaces and a presentable site from commencement. Once the scaffold is dropped and access is clear, we ensure the final external works are completed promptly for sales.





DOMESTIC & PRIVATE
In additiona to carrying out major works for the contruction industry, EJC also carry out domestic and private groundworks. Whether you may require a new driveway, patio, drainage improvements, highway crossovers, or landscaping, we ensure the same level of supervision and attention is given regardless to the value of the contract.





COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL
Commercial and Industrial contracts have mostly been carried out on a traditional remeasured Bills of Quantities basis. EJC are experienced in carrying out all infrastructure works, including roads, car parks, concrete service yards, drainage systems, mains services, off site connections. Commercial and Industrial buildings completed include piling and ground beams, lift pits, power floated slabs, basements, insitu concrete column casings, upper floor concrete slabs and structural toppings.





EDUCATION & HEALTHCARE
Many works are carried out by EJC in the education sector for schools, colleges and within the healthcare sector. A very professional and reliable service is the reason why many clients in these sectors provide repeat business for EJC. We appreciate that works in these sectors have to be carried out to tight budgets, and involve a high degree of planning and consideration. Many of EJC's operatives have already been CRB cleared for schools.





LEISURE & RETAIL
EJC produde work to an exceptional high standard, which is normall required in this sector. Typical works we carry out in the leisure sector are external stone paving, stone walling, ponds, pool infrastructure, luxury and complex landscaping schemes. In the retail sector we are used to working within premises, using exhaust extraction systems to operate plant internally, providing lift pits, mezzanine pads, and new drainage and services within existing buidlings.
